Refund Policy
Payments for completed work are non-refundable. Subscription cancellations apply to the next billing cycle.
Intellectual Property
All reporting tools, dashboards, and materials created by Helix ORM remain our intellectual property. Clients are granted rights to use the data and reports provided for their specific business needs.
